Journal One

Sunday, May 22, 2011


Breakfast - A bowl of cereal ( oat bran, raisin bran, and muesli)
. Low fat Milk
. A sprinkle of cinnamon
. Water and supplements
..... Mum said we were going out but I was hungry......

At Bestari - Nasi Goreng Mamak ( kurang pedas, ate it clean)
. Cabbage
. Coconut water
.......Everyone was eating, and I was kinda hungry, kinda......

Lunch- ....... felt pretty full, didn't even notice time passing....

Snack - 2 handfuls of pistachios + sunflower seeds ( tasted with salt )
. some prunes
. guava with asam powder
raisin and apricots
.......was watching Whose Line Is It Anyway on Youtube, bored and kinda hungry at the same time....

Tea @ 5pm - 1/2 nasi lemak with 1tsp sambal
. lauk mihun nasi ambang
. 1 apam beras and 1 kuih sopang ( both with coconut)
.... nice food from pasar malam, didn't have lunch...........

Dinner @ 8pm - a few blueberries and a little whipped cream from KQ's meringue
Alexis, BSC. rocket salad with Parmesan cheese and toasted pine nuts
. hummus, a Lebanese bread triangle and 3 olives
. 1/4 chicken sandwich
. water
............felt bloated, sluggish, a little deprived and unsatisfied, with a slight headache....

Did roughly 40 crunches, roughly 30 bicep curls with 3 pounders, some calf stretches and a backbend.

Comments ( about my diet, not the fact that I'm posting this) are welcome and greatly appreciated.
But since its my first post, be gentle, but still honest...
